The ARB bars are pretty solidly built and they not only bolt onto the original spot that the bumper was fitted there is also another bolt added behind these two bolts on the chassis that holds the bar on.Quote:
By comparison, not heard of one ARB doing it
If you want to rip an ARB bar off the truck then you will need a much bigger winch than a 12,000lb jobbie [bigwhistle]
Tried to order a new ARB non winch bar, none in the system, so...
Asked about the winch bar.
17 being built, available mid/end of August.
Bugger.
The smash repairers need it in the next two weeks.
Looks like it's TJM after all.
5 in stock in Brisbane.
FWIW the ARB was $140+ cheaper.
Ask about the D2a Bar. They have them in stock
I have one of those diff breather kits sitting on my desk that I intend to try and fit today.
I can find the front diff breather line on the firewall and the rear diff line that I will replace and put it with the front diff on the firewall.
The problem I have is I can't find the 2 lines from the transfer case and gearbox all I can see is a single fat 1/2 inch plastic pipe with a "U" bend at the top just behind the back of the motor, Is this the gearbox/transfer case breather?
Bugger all. No 'eyelets' on the front and a slightly better angle allegedly
D2A bullbar also has a cutout to allow for removal of the D2A headlights
