Couple of months in now, and their pumps are all still pristine! Clean as a whistle, no smell whatsoever on hands .. strange to not have to put up with it.

ps. my work involves filing the prime movers we drive, so filling with gungy oily filthy fuel pump guns is common .. every day.
Even with an old pair of leather gloves I have just for the filling up, it still gets into and through the leather and onto skin, so there's no beating it! .. so it's just one of those things you 'put up with'.

here you go ........before you fill up.........shouldn't this be in the evoque section?

Best thing about the Disco the door pocket is big enough to hold lots of rags so i just use a rag to hold the nozzle.

after 10 years of being a diesel mechanic i do what ever i can to avoid the stuff now lol

Over 2300ks round trip from Maitland to Fraser Island and back in 8 days including a lot of hard beach work and water crossings not one problem from the old girl even when the water was over the bonnet at one stage. She performed without fault even if the driver didn’t

just slowly putting in sound deadening in the roof and pillar's while the headlining is out.
Well worth doing the A pillar's and above the driver and B pillars, haven't put any of the trim back and its all ready much quieter with less wind noise.

Using butyl rubber sheet's to seal and stop resonance and a stick on polyester cotton for absorption, looked into foam but its more of an isolator then a sound absorber.
