I thought you'd seen it.
And the throttle? Is there a problem with the TPS? Mine is quite responsive.

I suppose I should be grateful the squirrel cage was sans écureuil. Now it sounds more like a Boeing than a Blenheim.

Cleaned mine out the other day. I was changing the SLABS ECU so thought it would be a good idea whilst easy to get at.
Not as many leaves as you, but enough to cause vibration.
You were lucky it was just leaves. I had to do my D1 fan a few years ago. Apart from developing a bad vibration, I also got a nasty smell.

Believe me, if you had a dead mouse in there you will smell it.

chasing a sudden lack of boost which was confirmed with nanocom. whipped off the turbo heat shield and lubed up the wastegate actuator (which was actually fine). next step was to check the pipes to the modulator so off came the air intake hose but before that had a quick look at the boost hoses and yep there it was, boost hose to intercooler had slipped off. easy fix, road tested w/ nanocom inc some big uphills with foot flat and didnt pop off so all ok
did notice the wastegate modulator has been bypassed before my ownership. now to read up and see if i should get a replacement and plumb it back in, assume the modulator failed hence the bypass.. wagon drives great as is, tuned, wonder if it would be better sans bypass

Past few months been too busy house moving, etc. and had the D2 parked up under a tree with a literal ton of droppings coming off it. Roof rack must weigh at least a hundred kilos more now with the dead flora wedged in every nook and cranny. same with plenum area. Have to remove and see how much accumulation. Plenum is so badly cracked and bits missing .. so will be interesting.
