Its a pretty expensive and time consuming exercise to do if they don't need changing, but they probably do.

Mine weren't at that and the vibes were awful.
At a guess the new mounts have lifted the engine 10mm

In a Triton you won’t be enjoying the seats though!

They are pretty good. Not as well bolstered as the D2 but in top.spec they should be quite OK. Verification or otherwise will come soon with a long trip planned.

    Cheers

It was described as a 3.9 in the ute pic and now it's grown .01 of a litre, that's a cheap mod lol

The capacity is the same as the 3.9. It is a "marketing " increase to 4.0 . The reason given was that they didn't want the Jeep4 litre to appear bigger.

Anyway, I fitted a new RH front hub today as I had the 3 amigos when going very slowly, but no errors for quite sometime. Then a couple of weeks ago it came up with RH sensor intermittent.
It was pretty straightforward as far a D2 things go. The hold ups were that the spline was rusted onto the hub, so took me quite a while of hitting a brass drift with a hammer to work out to take the axle out and put in a vice, then stack wood underneath to catch the axle as it departed from the hub. When vertical the penetrant ran freely down the splines which helped.
The backing plate for the brakes was cracked , so I drilled a hole in the end of the crack, then welded some dags over the crack.
The bearing certainly went clunkedy clunk instead of whirr whirr.
The Britpart documents which came with the hub stated don,t bloody send it back if you think it's faulty with regard to 3 amigos as we will send it back and not give warranty. They also had a whole page on fitting the harness without the joiner under the brake booster. So lots of people must incorrectly blame the hub when its the ABS wiring. They mentioned the connector under the brake booster being wet. good old mother England.

They also stressed tightening the hub nut to 490Nm. I tightened mine with my 4:1 multiplier to 100NMx4 so I reckon that will do. I then gave it a few rattles to be on the safe side. The car objects quite a bit to that. It feels like the rubber coupling is flexing.
The only problem I found with the Britpart hub was that the ABS cable was slightly too short between two of the fixings in the inner guard. If you placed it in a captive loop on the brake line there it was tight, so I just used a loop of zip tie.
    Regards PhilipA
Oh and the at least one error that everyone makes ? I forgot to peen over the nut so had to once again jack up and take the wheel off.

Thanks Phillip. Yep that's why I said designation not capacity. From memory they were closer to 3.9 than 4.0 in CC anyway. Cheers
