Fuel cooler was done two years ago, the O rings had perished.
And the IC is about to be ordered, you must be psychic!
I think I'll be copying your setup, which means the cooler hoses will be sorted too.
About to drop the manifold off to the machine shop.
As I said, bloody glad I broke the barb at home and I didn't even swear, just a big eye roll.
Another trip on a tilt tray would be plain embarrassing![]()

Looks like my CAT 115-2422 calcium cranking battery is approaching “end of life” and the electrical gremlins are awakening from their hibernation and resuming their mischief
It was installed in August of 2012 and I’m so impressed with it I’m going to buy another. The battery voltage after being parked at work after only 7 hours had settled at 12.2v and that is after my usual 90 minute 85km commute, a healthy battery should really not drop below 12.9v when fully charged. Alternator is a year old and battery connections are clean and tight.

8 years is pretty good.
I had similar from the last couple of Supercharge calcium/calcium batteries in the Deefer and Disco.
My battery bloke said that won't happen again, none last like they used to.
I fitted a Delkor this time around as he would've had to order the Supercharge in, had just sold the last one in that size (Stockist for both)

If I had the choice of Cat or Delkor I’d still go the Cat if the price is similar.
