What a run, almost feel bad writing this after your trial , but would probably be a good time to fit the bigger intercooler while radiator was out
Fuel cooler was done two years ago, the O rings had perished.

And the IC is about to be ordered, you must be psychic! What happened to your Discovery 2 today?
I think I'll be copying your setup, which means the cooler hoses will be sorted too.

About to drop the manifold off to the machine shop.
As I said, bloody glad I broke the barb at home and I didn't even swear, just a big eye roll.
Another trip on a tilt tray would be plain embarrassing What happened to your Discovery 2 today?

Provent empty! Well that is curious, cos there should be something in there .... What happened to your Discovery 2 today? do you still have the original depression valve installed ?
Btw - thanks for posting up that wheel nut torque spreadsheet earlier.

C'mon Epic Dragon, we're waiting, with bated breath, to see these on the car.

What happened to your Discovery 2 today?

Looks like my CAT 115-2422 calcium cranking battery is approaching “end of life” and the electrical gremlins are awakening from their hibernation and resuming their mischief What happened to your Discovery 2 today?
It was installed in August of 2012 and I’m so impressed with it I’m going to buy another. The battery voltage after being parked at work after only 7 hours had settled at 12.2v and that is after my usual 90 minute 85km commute, a healthy battery should really not drop below 12.9v when fully charged. Alternator is a year old and battery connections are clean and tight.

Do you mean item 2 Part no. WJP108110?

    Thanks, James NZ

Hey James, it's original part number is YNI500030K. Looks like photo attached. I had to do once in my TD5 04 AUTO.

    8 years is pretty good.
I had similar from the last couple of Supercharge calcium/calcium batteries in the Deefer and Disco.

My battery bloke said that won't happen again, none last like they used to.
I fitted a Delkor this time around as he would've had to order the Supercharge in, had just sold the last one in that size (Stockist for both)

Its only six-eight months old, so the jury is still out, but the car starts on the weekend after sitting all week.

If I had the choice of Cat or Delkor I’d still go the Cat if the price is similar.
