Tighten the wastegate rod one thread at a time untill it overboosts then one back... if no overboost the turbo cartridge might be worn... or wastegate stuck open... or there is a boost leak(that would be revealed by the airflow reading which on your's is disabled)... or it's underfuelled for some reason... in a nutshell: you need a bit more boost
I wound it up a turn and a half to get the boost up from.86 to 1.13ish but it doesn’t seem to want to go higher when I turn it more. I was a little nervous to go more. Might save up for a hybrid.
