    I'm a boat!

On the LROCV 4WD Proficiency course, Sat 18th June.

How do I get the images larger? In the body of the message?

And yes the Disco is low in the water, about 825mm low. Far above the max wading depth, on the side of the air intake!!

Do you know if you can post videos. I have one of a creek crossing showing what not to do. Didn't check, too fast, etc etc but i got through??? But now my left hand head light is like a fish tank.

Doesn't look that bad, but I thought it was going over. Thing is, with a diff lock it would have driven out.

The week we got it, back in 09. I reckon I could have driven across this in the 124 Sport, but SWMBO got out![IMG][/IMG]

Should have driven out with traction control.

Didn't. CDL locked, just sat there and span. It doesn't show, but it was pretty slippery, which is why it ended up there in the first place. Bloke came by in a Parks HiLux, didn't want to do it but hooked on and pulled it out.
Still, hadn't had the car long. These days I'd probably try a bit harder, but it felt pretty dodgy at the time.
