My newy ( well sorta new)

My new addition of 3 weeks '02 TD5 Auto, 5 seats, Kings coils Stock height ,Alveston red, chipped, ARB bar . Lots of bits replaced by previous owner, 210Ks all bitumen by the look of it. Still had standard bumper! Worst thing is no CDL!! but for what I intend the vehicle was too good to pass for that. As it is really intended as my everyday car do not intend to go over the top with mods. For the real off road I have the TDi defender ute or SWB 2A or LWB 2A ute! But I must get rid of the Maxxis tyres!! gawdarful on road and just dont want to think if I try bush work !

Thought I better post up as had the car for 8 days in 2hours time.
Its a 04 D2a TD5, auto, S model with leather. Has 242000km when I picked it up and already done 1500km.
Has way more km's on the clock than I wanted. But looked in pretty good nick.
Currently bog stock even down to the leaky exhaust (well I think it is).
    But short term plans are-
    EGR Blank
    Fix exhaust manifold leak
    ARB winch bar and winch
    Air compressor
    UHF
Better wires to rear ciggie plug for my fridge.

Dont really need compressor and winch. But I already own them, so there going on.
Plan is to be mainly used as a daily driver. With only light off-road work.

Anyway heres some pics I took on my way home from work this morning.
Was abit disappointed with the wheel travel. My old shorty GQ in the same spot dosent lift a wheel and the mound is alot flatter than back then.

Bit of a update. Car now has 2inch dobinson lift kit and 32" (265/75/16) rugged terrains. She's running like dream and couldn't be happier with it!

Never heard of Rugged Terrains before. New to range or just a change of name for All Terrains?

Step down from the all terrains. Have only had them for one day but road noise is minimal and handle nicely. Hope to try them off road on the weekend, they have a nice amount of side bite which I like.
A fair but cheaper than the at's as well

Hi Steve, originally they were $295 each but managed to get them down to $277. Unfortunately I didn't get much of a chance to shop around so can't say if that was a good price or not, hoping it was lol.

    Thanks John
