Thanks gents. I was more curious than keen...it's a bit radical for my tastes and we are still limited by the rear itself more so than rear guards. I am also acutely aware of all non load weight versus GVM. I just did a camping trip very close to GVM and a bar like that would mean no hot water shower on the next trip...fam would not like that

Put that box section in the middle, size it to the existing mounts, bend the pipes for each side, hold them up and mark them, cut them and make the other side a mirror image. I probably wouldn't have measurements either if I did it but I'd be happy to measure it if I had.

I have been asked about the rear bar many times and have replied to questions in the past with no reponse.

It has also been noted in the past by the moderators that this is not the area for a discussion regarding the bar, if anyone wants to send me a PM I am more than happy to answer questions where I can.

As Joel0407 mentions, it is basically just a box slightly bigger than the winch, mounted to the rear chassis in a number of places with some tube bent to suit in the workshop.
