Thanks Paul... got mine in the mail also today.... Happy days ahead....
Email coming your way Colin .. My Evo's internal memory seems to be corrupted
I was writing the ECU Map to SD Card ready for a new TD5 Alive remap when it just hung.
On startup it then said mainexec.mex not found. Downloaded the update files from the nanocom.it restricted area. Plugged it into the USB and accessed the internal memory of the evo (as outlined in the readme) I copied the update files across. Boots up but menu does not display.
Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
Update: After getting a copy of the internal memory from a helpful soul I am back up and running. So my advice, backup your internal memory before doing too much.
Thanks Paul... got mine in the mail also today.... Happy days ahead....

Final update on my Nanocom evolution.
Colin replied via PM and also I had an email not long after from BBS support with a fix to my problem before the weekend. Happy to say the Evo is up and running again.
Support and Service has been fantastic. They replied and fixed my problem within hours of me contacting them. So to all those with Nanocoms or thinking of purchasing from BBS I can vouch 100% for the after sales support. Well done guys and thanks.
Thanks for your comments of appreciation and thanks IceFyre.
Glad you are all sorted and smiling again
My staff typically respond to all E-mails within a maximum of only a couple of (GMT+2) working time hours. So already this is a vast improvement for any existing owner of a Nanocom, or for those looking to buy one.
Once anyone has installed a suitible SD card in an Evo, it is advisable to use the system back up function to create a restore file as soon as possible.
If anyone has any problems or needs support of any kind, can i ask you to E-Mail support@nanocom.it directly and include either your Units Nanocom ID code or your units BBS serial number if you have one, rather than just PM me.
This will produce the fastest possible response for you, as i usually only log into forums after work and sometimes not for days, and also provides enough info for my support staff to send you stuff by return e-mail if required.
Colin thanks heaps for the units
mine seems to be working fine, just need to find out what all the numbers and settings on the car should be .........
Paul it was also great to meet you in person and hope things pan out well in the future venture........
big thank-you also for your help and service![]()
130's rule
I was checking out the menu options and noticed that the setting for the SLS had enabled Transport mode which i thought odd.
I now always get the SLS fault alert on the dash... Don't know it is a coincidence but I also replaced the engine mounts yesterday as well.
Anyway disabled it and wrote changes but it always defaults back to transport mode even though the height setting are higher. I start the engine, suspension goes up however when I exit the vehicle is lowers back to the bump stops.
I have tried different options to get it to save but sometimes after the "ignition off and wait 60 seconds" the screen lock up and I have to disconnect the nanocom.
I saved a correct setup to the SD card and when I try to save it it doesn't seem to take.
Has anyone got any tricks / clues for me to fix the problem??
Cheers....

When you open the door and it goes to the stops, is the engine still running?
We can back up the settings to an sd card..... Sweet
