I am well out of touch with rules and reg's in Australia having lived and worked overseas for many years. Just been having a discussion with an Ozzy friend here that is inclined to think he knows it all, despite having no formal qualifications. He kept referring to "TPR" cable on a cooking hob. Could not tell me what it stood for, although I have now looked it up, but he did not know what "TPS" meant either.
While looking it up I came across some adverts for Blue coloured TPS "Air Conditioning Cable". This is something new to me, so what is the reason(s) for this? The only Blue coloured cables that I have had experience with were those used for intrinsically safe circuits, usually used in explosive atmosphere situations. Cheers
