    Dungog is the one mentioned earlier in the thread, modified, and as said they know ashcrofts and have even visited them, also being an aulro supporter I am happy to take their word on this.

    Just drove the triton, nice but not as solid and only offered $3k trade! Disco will remain.

    Modern motors are good to deal with. I deal with Ben and I respect him greatly and he knows his Landy's. Out of curiosity, what mods do they do to the box? Are you enjoying the park?

    Yes Ben I am dealing with, description below from the ebay add but as I mentioned Ben said the box is same as what you would get from Ashcroft.

    For sale is a fully reconditioned R380 Gearbox. It suits Land Rover Discovery 2 TD5 & V8. This gearbox overhauled and modified synchros and hubs fitted

    Give them a call Monday for more info.

    No park, drove back to the hunter valley today in fourth, back at the in laws and car goes in Monday, hope to be back on the road tue or wed.
