Sunday roast dinner with crispy baked potatoes were always worth waiting for. Unlike the baby kooky, if we had of kept calling out for dinner we would have been sent to bed without any.

Kookys are bloody noisy here,and there are no young ones at the moment.They seem to laugh well into the evening and then start again about 3.30 in the morning.

Grey butcher birds always seem to have young here and they are pretty noisy,but only during daylight hours.

i came around a corner not far from here a few months ago and almost hit a shark lying on the road.Must have fallen off the back of a ute.
