I lived in Albany for a couple years as a young bloke and its where i would love to go when ive finally decided to do nothing but relax for the rest of my life. Its so beautiful down there and close to the rest of the south coastal areas and forrests. Gorgeous part of the country. Esperance is great too but Albany is it for me...

Pocket Rocket is keen on Adelaide. What's the fishing like? The TDU is a big plus. 😆

45 minutes to the Murray. 1 hour to Victor Harbor/Goolwa. 2.5 hours to The Coorong. Not a fisho myself but other people do well around the place so they tell me.

TDU isn't much my scene but there are many mountain bike trails being put in around here and the quieter Hills roads are excellent for a bit of leg stretching. Adelaide's network of off road paths is coming together nicely. You can even commute the Crafers Bikeway to the CBD if you're so inclined.

Have you considered Hindmarsh Island, near Goolwa?
There is a Marina there. Buy a boat.

No. We'll just leave him there.
    He'll be perfectly happy.
