What percentage of people would go to the trouble of filling out a form, if they had no problems with a car? Like others have said in similar threads, if they won't show the methodology, and sample size of their survey, what real value can you place on their results?

If Toyotas Nissans, etc are so reliable, why are there literally thousands of repair shops out there catering almost exclusively to the Jap 4wd market?
