    What percentage of people would go to the trouble of filling out a form, if they had no problems with a car? Like others have said in similar threads, if they won't show the methodology, and sample size of their survey, what real value can you place on their results?


    If Toyotas Nissans, etc are so reliable, why are there literally thousands of repair shops out there catering almost exclusively to the Jap 4wd market?

    I must sat my Perentie has been very reliable to date. The only time it failed to start was due to a blown EDIC fuse.

    Oh well,that says it all,I have always wondered why some manufacturers seem to feature consistently better in those surveys,and some consistently not so well.

    Wouldn’t the number of service and repair places for some brands have something to do with the actual volume of sales?

    Maybe not........
