I think that this has gone far enough for me. I said many posts ago that this was problematic and should be in CA. I was ignored, and attacked by someone who should know better. You are all entitled to your opinion. But so am I. I'm done with this topic.

You reported a post, it was looked at by other mods - not me, and decided it was fine - not ignored by any stretch. I had an opinion I stated it - same as you. It wasn't personally directed at you but you took it that way. If your opinion isn't what others think and challenge it, that's just what it is. I'm not going out of my way to cause upset mate, but if you post stuff others don't agree with (and vice versa) then push back will happen. If the push back is all one way, then I'm not sure what I can do about that.

People are moaning about their freedoms being reduced. And it’s been mostly the great unwashed making all the noise.

And in an irony - the protests, gatherings etc are the EXACT formula needed to give the governing body reason to enact further restrictions.


Your Ebola comparison is faulted - no vaccines to prevent it, no full treatment for HIV either - although there is lots of management (via pharma) which has got HIV down to almost undetectable levels.
None of those people refuse treatment/medications to reduce the impact.

All the other comparisons fail to stack up.
None of them are immediate - none potentially fatal in less than 2 weeks. And none contagious to others without their knowledge.

Yes, I did report a post. I believe that your post, with the Super Moderator beside your name, was an abuse of your power. I would not have reported it otherwise. Like you said, it was opinion, but it would be better if you had a handle that was not Mod. Your post was fiery. I can handle that, as you probably know. It's just when you, or anyone, come down with your Moderator colours flying. That's not OK. Maybe a PM would be better.

Have never understood what a Supermod is. Theremust be more to it than a Name. Do Moderators also need supervising ? Doubt it, as Admin would serve that function.


Do they fly with a large S on their chest leaping from tall Buildings & travel faster than a speeding train or a Bullet? Do they undress in Phone boxes? (A bit odd that one). This is the only forum I have used that appears to have them.
