    Hello All,

Five Pfizer vaccine jabs in the arm during the peak COVID-19 times. No issues at all. I start to feel a bit crook on Thursday. Develop a sore throat that feels as if someone let loose with a wire brush. Nose running like a tap. Have not been anywhere since Thursday. Today I wore a mask to the chemist to get something for the throat and the nose. A sneaking suspicion that I should grab a COVID 19 Rapid Antigen Test too while I was at the chemist. Got home and did the test ... Bingo. Leeann did the test too. SWMBO has been off work for four days previously. She works at a germ pool - oops ... a school. My test line was really bright - her's was faint. One guess where I caught my dose from!

I had Friday off so it was a long weekend. I had soooo much planned for this weekend = working on Land Rovers. Not happy Jan! Equals very Grumpy.

    Kind regards
    Lionel

That is most interesting. No, really.

Last week I had a sore throat so grabbed some throat lozenges so long story short. It was caused by a small tablet that I take every day for summat. Seemed to get stuck around me frote somewhere & irritated the hell out of me as it felt just like a Cold coming on. Tried all those things one tries. Was Ok next Morning.

I'd have thought by your age, a bloke might have learned a thing or two about how to swallow, Des. Apparently not.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.

I once, while driving a lorry back from your neck o' the, dry swallowed a voltaren. Around a half hour later I found out why you don't do that. I honestly thought I'd need an ambulance, until I worked out what the **** was wrong. No wonder they say "take with food". Dunno what's innem. but it can't be good for ya.

I find myself with a bit of spare time. Any one care to tell me what I've missed.
    Cheers, Billy.
