Yes, that was my point, perhaps not clearly made. I had the dubious pleasure of instructing at the RAN Nuclear, biological and chemical defence school, although none of the above, ship board fire fighting was my lot. I guess it doesn't need to Mutate as such. Chinese travellers go all over the world. Covertly infected before they leave home & off you go boys & girls we will also pay your plane fare. From then on it sorts itself out to where we are today.
