Yes indeed...foot in mouth disease....a common political trait. The thing is that politicians do not write regulations neither do they write legislation. The politicians deal in concepts and public servant bureaucrats write the regs/legislation. Once legislation is written it goes to parliament to be passed as law and if a regulation it goes to the minister of what ever department has jurisdiction over the matter at hand for his signature to make it law.Quote:
