I can't help her - it is nearly 1000km from here. I'm sure there is a a procedure for it, but finding out what it is, and following it, when you are blind and live about 60km from the nearest town of any size (Wangaratta) is a bit of an issue. She has a daughter lives nearby, who will be her main help, but she works. I doubt the village will be much help - it has, from memory, only about five units and no staff.
I am sure she will manage it with her daughter's help, but it is going to be a big effort on her part. She was better off when her son was nearby, but he got a new job in Port Macquarie eighteen months ago, although he was briefly there last week - he was down to get his youngest started at Swinburne in Geelong.
