Our shops seem to have most of those items, pm me a list, I'll see if I can purchase some for you.
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

So we are currently at 2,000+ confirmed national cases. With the current predictions of infection rates (double every 3 days) we will be 4,000+ by the weekend and 8,000+ possibly 9,000+ early next week. Will that be the point were the ignorant wake up? Will that be the point when total lockdown will be enforced? How many deaths will there be by then? Will this number be the tipping point for our health system? So many questions.

    Who knows.

Treat this any way you like that is your choice, I'll do my bit by only go out when necessary. BUT,... if you are one that will ignore the rules/guidelines, bans and restrictions and you get sick don't expect sympathy from me. And think about how many you may have infected incidentally, including family and friends.

If you get this virus from some arse who doesn't care, then I wish you a speedy recovery with no serious effects.

Australia is now just a giant petri dish, it is up to us how far this thing grows.

Done this twice in two days now, certainly tastes like it. In fact it is hard to taste anything else! I think I am now exuding a 'distinct' body odour that certainly means I need to work from home.

You don’t really believe he is making all the decisions do you?
Our system is based on civil servants - they don’t change every time the party does.

Based on the advice from WHO, Health panels etc is how this all works. It’s when a department doesn’t do its job properly that **** goes south.

Short of Martial Law, we don’t have the ability to lock down the Commonwealth at a Federal level. It’s a state level thing.

We were NEVER going to prevent the viral explosion of numbers - that’s how they work.... we just have to work together to keep the explosion contained to a level we can work with - below medical treatment limits - flatten the curve is all about that and that alone.

Lock down is a great idea as far as I’m concerned- police the streets - place curfews on movements.

Problem is the country will be economically destroyed by the end of this - finding that balance is critical. Not lives at all costs as this will result in more lives actually lost post Pandemic.

We have noticed that too Mario. Prices on all basics seem to have risen. The ACCC might get a few calls.

    Cheers
