Looking more likely that Qld will open to Victoria while keeping the door shut to Sydney because of continuing virus transmission. GladysB and the Libs will go nuts.

Given that it's vanishingly unlikely that the results would be overturned - because there is no evidence of widespread fraud that affected the election - then he was basically proposing a coup.

He did later say that there might be a Biden presidency but he was suggesting that there was still some doubt about that. Which there isn't, except in the minds of the Republicans.
Yeah, he couldn't even keep straight face when he said that. He knows he's full of crap!

He's toeing the party line - but even most Republicans don't believe it any more.

    She did go nuts:

"But the NSW Premier excoriated the Queensland government again on Wednesday morning, in the ongoing spat about border closures.

Ms Berejiklian said she was “mortified” by the notion that Victorians could be allowed into Queensland before Sydneysiders, who are blocked from entering the state because Greater Sydney is defined as a hotspot.
“I think it’s cruel, I think it’s unjustified and I think it’s spiteful," she told the Today show.
"There’s no health or scientific basis to it.
"NSW has demonstrated that you can manage the pandemic by keeping the community safe, but also by keeping people in jobs and keeping people mobile and relatively free in a COVID-safe way.”
Ms Berejiklian questioned the basis for Queensland’s medical advice, which the state is relying on for its border decisions.

"I don’t know what that medical advice is based on. I’ve never, ever heard of that 28-day period. I’ve never, ever heard of having to trace each source of infection within two days. I don’t know where that’s come from," she said."

She obviously hasn't been paying attention. NZ is using the 28 day rule to justify requiring any Kiwi who visits Australia to quarantine for 14 days on return. Ardern wants the whole of Australia to be free of community cases for 28 days.
As for tracing within two days, both Victoria and Qld have followed that all along. I'm not sure about other states.
GladysB and the Libs just can't stomach the idea that other states don't swallow the claim that NSW is the 'gold standard', because it undermines their credibility.
They are running a risky strategy in Sydney. I just hope it doesn't come unstuck, because many people could suffer.

Also, Gladys has much bigger problems closer to home to worry about. She's on a very slippery slope.

    Seriously? Corona Virus
Just because she's the wrong colour politically?
And while not trying to get too political, who would take anything Mark Latham says seriously? The bloke is little better than a troll.

That is a pretty good Goal despite probably having a few drawbacks, but if it clears this awful thing up it has to be done for all our sakes. Theirs & Ours.

Most of the country has already achieved well over 28 days, Victoria is almost there and NSW is making progress, but is running last nationally in the 28-day stakes. Hopefully they will make it so they don't hold the country back.

Even though the odds are against them due to their population size and distribution!
