The public can see very clearly that the states and territories which moved fast to shut borders and restrict movement have done best at suppressing the virus.

I have noticed that everyone is up the clacker and brushing past in super (spreader) markets...old and young alike. Maybe its a Qld thing. Cheers

A lot of them cant hear well,so they get very close to the person they are talking to.
My elderly mother does this as well.
It took us a very long time to convince her to keep away from people,a bit like teaching an old dog new tricks
But she still does it at times due to habit

Having worked on the trading floor of multiple supermarkets right through the pandemic that is the observation of all staff, managers and support services.

The abuse young, often female staff copped from the oldies was terrible.

Entitled, unaware, belligerent and arrogant.
Not all, by a long shot, but far, far more than younger customers.

Barista's and hospitality staff say the same about a lot of their elderly female customers, rude with a massive sense of entitlement
