You can but try shipmate, but all you will find in there are a $10 note & my 3 x Vax. Certificate. There could also be a lock of Napoleon's hair or is it Lord Nelson's? Buggered if I know now, but some body donated it to me.
And the Queens shilling? [ The one that used to hang out at the cross]
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

    2. Dunno, I am surprised.

Sounds like there could be a Lynching Party in Newcastle shortly?
Nah, some one would yell " free beer at the workers club!! " and they would all forget what it was they were angry about.

BBC "The UK has recorded the highest number of daily Covid-19 cases since the beginning of the pandemic, with 78,610 reported on Wednesday.

The previous record was 68,053 on 8 January - when the UK was in lockdown.

Speaking at a news conference, England's chief medical officer Prof Chris Whitty warned that records will be broken a lot in the next few weeks.

He added people should prioritise what matters with regards to social mixing in the run-up to Christmas.

Speaking alongside Prof Whitty, Prime Minister Boris Johnson said it was "absolutely vital" that everyone gets a booster jab.

He warned that in some areas the doubling rate for cases was now under two days, adding: "I'm afraid we're also seeing the inevitable increase in hospitalisations up by 10% nationally, week-on-week, and up by almost a third in London."

NSW hospital data trend is more interesting perhaps- That trend is not our friend

You'd think that with a surname like that the guy could be a bit more humorous instead of humorless.

Anyway, looks like we just snuk in.

An interesting thought occurred to me this morning. Given that most infections in NSW seem to be driven by young vaccinated people socialising and that the consequences of an infection amount to a few days of feeling crap, how long will it be before people can no longer bother to get a test given the implication of that is a week of isolation when they will have recovered in a couple of days?

Not to mention allegedly having to still wait hours in a queue a mile long for a test.

2213 cases and one death the latest. Are you advocating that young people should follow your advice?

Yeah, getting funnier by the day. 2213 cases and one death, and we have people advocating give all precautions a miss. Hilarious.

Stop trolling Bob, of course I'm not. I'm merely pointing out the most likely outcome in a case where the consequences of getting covid are low for the infected person and human nature being what it is the path that some people will choose to follow.

I've not seen that advocated anywhere, got some links ? There are some points of view that we have moved past the need for lockdowns including from the former CMO Omicron Australia: Nick Coatsworth slams some medical commentators | news.com.au — Australia’s leading news site , however there has been no coverage that I have seen that is saying not to take precautions.
