You're on the money. Great Health means your Immune System is running properly.
Very important to note though that whilst we in Australia seem to have had no change to excess mortality - countries like the UK have - especially for some age groups.
Australia has done incredibly well to date with one of the lowest fatality to case ratios in the world at only 0.16%.
This is why now is the right time to get on with living again. We are well vaccinated, and well informed of the risks.
But we do need to still protect the vulnerable and not expose people with underlying medical conditions to Covid (unless they give permission).

Went to the wife's old GP today (couldn't get in to mine) not Covid related just getting results of blood test. As is the case though these days the conversation turned to Covid and in this bloke's opinion (and he has recently returned from the UK) it is not as bad as the politicians and media make it out to be.
Yes, he agrees that for some it is not good at all but for most it is not the death sentence we are led to believe. And, he thinks that those dying WITH Covid and not FROM Covid are being counted as Covid deaths when they are not. He asked if I have had it. My answer was .... "don't know could have and not known". He agreed, many could or have had it and not known.
I'll get my booster when it is due not before, but unless the world turns to poop after that, it may be my last for this thing. Don't get me wrong as I have clearly stated before I am not anti-vax and have been vaccinated for numerous things but unless they come up with a better vax then I'm not sure I'll be up for boosters 4, 5 and 6, etc. Time to get back to living. I, like many, am suffering from Covid fatigue. I'm over masks, check-ins, government garbage, media garbage, social distancing, hoarders and all the rest of the crap going on.
I will continue to eat right and stay as healthy as I can (for my age) that is probably my best defence.
