My hard case english bussiness partner was reviewing some of his old patients notes and realised that frivilous comments like " the treatment I gave her caused her toes to open and shut " and "put fur on her coat "might not be approporiate to the auditor and so deleted it.. , now scouting other stuff when his humour had got the better of him.......Quote:
