I bought an aftermarket set (indicator/park/DRL) for my ECB bar. Not had any problems with them at all.
Admittedly, they were about 5mm too big for the holes, so I had to grind a little out....

No problems at all with the LED's in my ECB. I had to replace the fixings however. I just put in stainless bolts as the original screws pulled out of the plastic. The brake LED's on the Kaymar rear bar failed on one side, however. Luckily the indie worked out a way to replace them without removing the bar.

I will see if I can find out. They first told me they had to take the bar off so I said to leave it. I have a long range tank and Mitch Hitch so not easy to take the bar off and no clearance. The auto sparkie found a way to do it easily with mine so they can fix all of the Discos with Kaymar bars for their clients now.

Going to get a quote to have the roof, wheel flares and door sills (for under rock slider) wrapped with a clear protective stone guard wrap.
I want the roof done before the roof rack goes on because it will be impossible to clean under there once fitted.
The flares done to eliminate stone chips as others have recommended on here.
And the door sills done before the rock sliders are fitted incase any crud ever makes its way through the gaps between body and slider.
I'll keep you updated on the product and price.

This is what I have on the rear wheel arch flares:
Hexis Skintac HX20000
The wrap place stock and use both 3M and Avery products as well but recommended this one as the best for a clear protective film.
Apparently it lasts longer and is able to self-heal to some extent. I was told that most scratches in the film can be removed with the application of hot water but haven't tried that.
I have easily removed a couple of scratches with polish and on our recent outback trip the flares suffered no damage at all.
However, I have also fitted sliders with protection plates and better mud guards since the previous major trip, so the flares see a lot less stone chips in the first place.
Anyway, it is virtually invisible once applied unless you look very closely.
This was done by Exclusive Wraps which is probably not much help to you as they are in Brisbane.
Cheers,
Scott
