I cut up an old roofrack that a mate and i went halves in years that was made of 20mm SHS and used that as the base frame then made the top frame and uprights from the 13mm, top only needs to support some camping gear and is more than adequate.
I made a fridge slide years ago from 25mm alloy with plastic connectors and gal rod so i built the frame around it, fridge will be on the right and on the left i'll be making a chuck box style kitchen box from plywood that will be on a slide but fully removable.
This is a nice it of kit

Just trying to keep on top of everything, so while it went in for it's 534,000km service, it had a few things done at the same time.
    Replaced faulty tailgate latch
Bought and programmed a spare key
Replaced the worn rear sway bar bushes
Replaced the rear tail shaft as the centre bearing was knackered.

It now drives like a new car again. Going to take it up to Lancelin tomorrow with a few mates so that should clean out the cobwebs!
Life is just a series of obstacles preventing you from taking a nap.

    Sensational!

I see Advanced Factors now offer a complete control arm replacement kit.

    Spare Wheel Winder Mod

Did the 3/4" slotted and bolted socket mod onto the spare wheel winder.

Only trouble is that between my 3rd row seats there's not enough room to fit the 1/4" extension bar.

I suppose I could cut out a section of the "offending" plastic covers, but don't plan to.

Does anyone know if the separation between the seats is adjustable enough to slide the extension in between? I never planned to leave the extension in situ, but only to fit and use it as needed.

Just remove the plastic covers…come off quite easily, and you really don’t notice without the covers.

One large simple full size slide for fridge and variety of stow boxes is quite appealing. Access to the space under for other storage

I was hoping to see a D4 road train with 3 trailers in tow. Disappointed
