    I don’t think that stuff will do the corner valves any favours….

    I'd be parking that car ASAP , whilst it won't hurt the bag at all - And I've done that on a D2 - If that stuff gets "out of the bag" you may end up with an air system that is financially unrepairable, as in you may have to replace nearly everything.

    Simple jobs:

    • Air filter
    • Cabin filter
    • Oil filter
    • Engine oil (Penrite C1 5W-30)

    I have to say that the drain plug and location for the engine oil still annoys me. What were Land Rover thinking............

    Next jobs:

    • New pads and rotors for the front;
    • New pads for the back and finish off the rear storage area for Fraser Island trip.

    Cheers

    They were thinking you'd use the suction tube* as it removes virtually all the oil in the sump. I've never removed the sump plug.
    * I'm assuming your engine has this, not sure when it was introduced.

    I hope your better then me. I've been working on the rear storage since circa 2014, so far I have a fridge and two ratchet straps. And about 6 versions of plans.

    I feel your pain - I’ve got kit sitting in the workshop to fit since I got the vehicle.

    That suction 'thingy' is there but scares me thinking that there'd still be leftover oil in the sump that the 'drain' plug would hopefully evacuate through gravity?

    Extractor pipe sits lower than the sump plug and gets more.
