Yep. The only one made to be removed and replaced is the Passenger door with the key.

I had taken them off after watching PowerfulUK videos and other manual steps which indicate to take them off so I can actually take the entire latch assembly out of the door.

Was there enough room to take out the latch assembly while the door handle is attached to the door?? Little worried I’d drop some of the screws inside the door cavity.

I’m trying to now selleys kneedit it back to the clip shape, rather than AliExpress one(anal about colour differences).

It’s a pain trying to reattach the cable from the handle to the actuator that’s for sure, but all done through the inside without touching the handle itself.

Since having my High and low pressure fuel pumps replaced I haven’t seen under 11.4 on my non remapped D3. I have looked and looked and definitely no fuel leaks either

Reset the counter before your next long trip, this will give you a fairly accurate reading.

Volunteering the D4 for a range target is a new one for me, did you upgrade to the ballistic model and want to test the glass?

Finally finished suspension and wheel bearings replacement. I have now replaced front and rear upper and lower control arms, sway bar links and all four wheel bearings. Rebuilt the EAS valve blocks, and reset the height calibration on the sensors. Air struts I replaced last year. Will go for a full wheel alignment this coming week, then should be good for a bit. Drove it today, already so much better.

My next job is rear upper and lower arms, fronts and air struts have all been done along with wheel bearings as well.

Does the rear need to have a wheel alignment when arms have been changed?

    Cheers Bulletman

Yea, because the upper hub to arm bolt is on a eccentric for rear camber adjustment, plus all previous settings would have all been based on old worn bushes.
