Confirming right drill bit/s for attacking the A pillar
I've started the preparation work for fitting a snorkel to the D4.
Question - If I recall correctly, ideally I should be using cobalt tipped drill bits for the hard steel in the A pillar and at fairly slow revolutions?
The D4 system is quite different to the D2, and hopefully a lot better at filtering (no competition I would think). I don't expect to be doing deep water crossings, but yes to dusty roads.
