I don't know when revisions were introduced as I've only chased the part number chains through supplier web-sites.

A bit late to the party on this one...

2014 155kw - 198000km, no manifold issues to date. Towed a small 1.5t camper trailer for around 22,000km on one trip, but in general I'd say no towing.

Only issues until now have been the rotary gear selector lock and a split intercooler (plus standard issues like LCA bushes @ 130000km and 1x RHS front wheel bearing @ 185000km).

I have no desire for any other vehicle at this stage, and happily get away into rough, remote places, usually solo without hesitation.

MY13 TDV6 had driver's side inlet manifold split at about 138,000km. Bought second hand with 120,000km on it - mostly highway km on it. Hasn't towed anything since purchase. :-/

Replaced both sides with D5 inlet manifolds.

Now to get the blasted EGRs programmed out as one is on the way out.

Sorry mate - these were taken off one with a freshly-snapped crankshaft! Lesson learned - make sure you order new seals for the manifold as they must have gone hard with heat and didn't seal on first fitment using old seals.

    Cheers,
    Rob

Hmm. My manifold came with a new rocker cover gasket. The trick to remember is using flexible sealant around the cam cap at the back of the engine, else it will leak oil.

That's now changed. Had both replaced earlier in the year at around 120,000km.
