$520!!!Cripes. something wrong there mate, I just checked our last waterrates which was paid in April and the water usage component was $79.80. The total bill including pensioner discount was $180.16 for the quarter!!!

Maybe they only did an estimate read the last few times and have done a proper read this time. Happened to us with out power bill when the meter failed and would not display, they carried on like that for a year until we complained (when we realised the display was faulty) and we ended up getting a credit fot about $400 in excess charges from 12 months.

Maybe get a read history and see when it was physically read.

Well a small update.I been cleaning the roof up so i could reseal it with sikaflex..It had a hood linning when i got it & i ripped that out before i even started pulling it apart.leaving the glue to clean..

Cleaning the glue from the inside with a scraper.



Cleaning what was left of the paint & sanding the edges ready for sikaflex..



Cleaned the gutter up & sanding ready for sikaflex..



Back together with sikaflex Messy but worth it..





spent the day today cleaning the sikaflex up.
Also when i was done i knocked it back into shape as it had a few deep dings so its back to normal shape now just have all the other dings to do..







Norts are low spots & crosses are high spots so i will try & get them all inbetween those & should be close..It will still have bog over the top but nothing like what it was ..it will only have a smear not 6mm deep bog..


I may have brought another project in a series 2a LWB 5 door wagon.. Just need to find a way to get it home from Canberra ..Have some quotes waitin on some more to get back to me..

How do you like this for a project, Jason????? I think he has some work ahead of him!!!!
