From what I can find there are still "Duco" labelled products available incl. clear coats but the seem to be aimed at timber finishes. Maybe approach DuPont in the US to see where things lie as they now hold the Dulux product range.

New tapper cover gasket, new oil return line gasket on the turbo and a good degreasing of the engine.
Built a shelf for the boot of the D2a.
Finally fitted a gas strut to my Kaymar tyre carrier. This is not the finished version, I will try it for a few days before I paint it.

Sat in the D1 again thinking .... "have to finish building boat and get cracking on this"
Changed fuel filter on TD5 Disco.
Fitted a trutrac to the rear of the disco fitted a real tail shaft and threw the rubber coupling in the bin where it belongs along with un blocking the diff breather and servicing the wheel bearings. And a oil and filter change
Removed the EGR's from dads 2005 D3 and installed a waterwatch system as well.

Changed all the oils in "Telly". Found the rear diff oil a little milky :mad:
Changed the gearbox from trans oil to gear oil and it made a heap of difference to the gear change, much smoother now.:)
Also fitted led indicators and DRL to the bullbar.:cool:
