    Today:

I Did a auto tans service. Man, the oil was brown and smelled burnt. And brought the rear breather to under the bonnet.

Almost ready for a trip to Lithgow to have some fun.

Finally wired up the towbar electrics and the winch. Thought about installing the second battery, but time got away from me.

Thought I'd found my engine rattle, that appears at 3-4krpm, as two of the engine mount bolts were on the verge of falling out. But no, rattle still present.

Rotated the wheels, pulled all the disc pads and lubed them up with anti-squeel paste, greased the swaybar disconnect, charged the batteries, checked all the fluids, put the back seat back in, checked the tyre pressures and .... gave her a wash

Replaced the reversing and number plate light after a tree decided to walk into the 'Fender while on the recent AULRO Orienteering Trip. Thanks to a nice generous fellow AULROian, cost was $0.

Also found the 'Fender keys that I lost 12 days ago - it does pay to do a little gardening (or at least rake up some leaves) occassionally.

You know that creation would sure look better with an extra axle under the rear!

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.

I'm polishing up the inlet & exhaust valves ready for refitting to the heads, then tomorrow off to have a bees knee faced off the heads and then start reassembly.
