I bought a 200tdi manifold and a GT2260V ex BMW X5 for my 300tdi , havent got around to making an adapter plate but then i came across another GT2260V from a 3ltr Iveco Daily.
The exhaust housing will fit my turbo and will bolt straight onto the 200tdi manifold and looks very similar to Ccrdave's turbo.

The BMW version is more common anywhere from $100 up , I was lucky and picked up a near new turbo for $100 and the iveco version although incomplete for $50.
The manifold is hard part.

It has a v band flange so will need a custom dump pipe.

I hit a snag while swapping exhaust housings, the exhaust wheel on the BMW version is slightly bigger than the Iveco i either make an adapter plate for the BM or rebuild the IV turbo.
The BM turbo is like new so adapter plate it is.
