Interesting, a '94 aust spec D1 shouldn't have oxygen sensors. Is yours an import or retrofitted? They should be clearly visible on the engine exhaust pipes. If you have them fitted you need to check their operating range in the workshop manual first, I am not exactly sure which way they go. And their voltage isn't fixed/manually adjusted, you read the voltage and see it vary as the ECU changes the mixture to keep it in tune.
Thank mate ,your help is much appreciated .As far as i can tell the truck is delivered in Australia and was a company car on the Gold Coast . It is an ES which possibly an upgraded version being the top of the range at the time .Its idleing nicely now with no heat issues with the maf set to 2.56 v and the pot set to 0.37 v .See how it goes?
