This thread is pornography AM. I know you posted it in an other thread but I can't find it - what engine and gearbox are you running?
Did you start with a td5? Will you be able keep the ABS/TC or will the ECU freak out without the engine?
Our 4x4 F150 has a 8.2 litre V8 Detroit diesel with the turbo in the middle of the V it has a 4" exhaust in about the same configuration with no problems
The exhaust is stainless with some exhaust blanket some heat shields and wrap
I dont think there will be a problem but thats what the 32000 BTU AC is for

Hercules: 1986 110 Isuzu 3.9 (4BD1-T)
Brutus: 1969 109 ExMil 2a FFT (loved and lost)
Can you post some more pics of the MXA-5 speed to LT230 fitment? Particularly the RH side where the LT230 drive snout heads on past the gearbox.
Dougal The TC is rotated slightly clockwise to keep the engine high for sump clearance but not the TC outputs .If the exhaust is shrouding what you wanted to see I can drop it off . Hope these help
Just one more question if you don't mind.
What is the length from the gearbox/bellhousing interface (front of the gearbox case) to the mount face on the LT230?
Adaptor housing 175 mm GB 350 mm Clutch housing 112 mm Total 637 from the engine to the face the LT230 bolts to Just had a Quick TC look if you were really Gungho
you could possibly convert the selector to a overhead swinging type arrangement and pick up a fair bit of extra clearance
Bit of an update. Fired up the engine for the first time over the weekendTypical Isuzu no glow plugs and starts like a fight .No strange noises and 60 lb oil pressure. Fairly quiet with a nice bark when you blip the
throttle.Have put to bed the idea these engines won`t run with out an ECU.A couple off stuff ups configured the
start run solenoid to pull to start when the lever is spring loaded to the start position and the heater mods were not a success bloody plasticso have ordered a new copper core.Have rehashed the solenoid so the
run lever is in the stop position and the solenoid pulls to the run position as didn`t want an edic . The pic of the vertical solenoid the right way
