Removed the old manifold and the 12v alternator so I could remove the 24v alternator, for more room to run the front mount intercooler piping (have the cooler but not the piping see the pics).

Im not sure where to run the oil drain on the engine and how a provent fit in to the equation. Also not sure where to get my oil feed for the turbo? Some help with pictures would be awesome.
    Thanks in advance

Plenty of info in the Isuzu section. I got my oil feed from the alternator, my Turbo drain goes into the side cover directly below the Turbo.

Thanks for posting your project, I will be looking at doing this at some point and this will be a great help. Just one thing, could you post make/model/part number of all the bits you use as you go along?

Good luck! No doubt Dougal will be along to help chip in....

    Looking good.
I saw in another thread that you were lucky and had the factory turbo drain hole in the block. Much less stuffing around than drilling and tapping holes in covers.

I can't see any fitting in the manifold/adapter for an EGT probe. Suggest you at least tap it now even if you haven't got a gauge to fit yet.

Which turbo are you going to use?
