I reckon it's amusing that he sells them as 105w yet our set direct from manufacturer are 78w

Just before you go all 'Here's Johnny!' with the angle grinder, consider undoing the 10 or so M5 allen bolts around the gearbox side of the winch. Once undone, you can clock the whole assembly to make it work in a way which suits your vehicle.

Pro tip- mark the 'before' setting with a paint pen or similar so you get it right when you set it down
