    Rough Parts rear window lockers

    G'day everyone.
Back from my Tassie in winter trip and had my new Rough Parts Rear window replacement lockers waiting.
As usual, brilliant quality and both keyed alike which is great.
Its easy to remove the glass from the two rear corner windows. Just push hard and sharp against it. They pop right out which is disconcerting re security!
Excuse the red dust, that stuff gets everywhere and is impossible to remove!
You need to trim away the inner side window trim plastic panels. Did this with my Dremel.
Ill fit them in the morning. More to follow.

Ken there is a locking bead/rubber on the inside that you remove first.......a little strip of rubber in the centre of the main rubber.

Looked at these a while back, but the website did not show the interior view once fitted and email for pictures met with no reply. Looking forward to your follow up - curious to see how they sit from the inside.

    Thanks Weeds

    Thanks Weeds.
I found it after pushing the glass inside!
    Live and learn.
All done now and very happy.
Ill put a photo of the inside tomorrow.

Well, today I drove it into Melbourne Airport where we met, the now, new owners of my baby 👶
I have great memories and quite a few pics to remember her with.
I'm not ashamed to say I shed some tears 😭 as she drove off heading up to Sydney.

If I see her, you'll see the Photos Markus. Sad day for you.
    Cheers, Billy.

When you own a Defender & a Game Of Throne's fan.

Sticker man installed this today after doing new signage on the rest of the truck.

    Cheers

    new shocks

hopped under the bus on saturday for a few mods.

replaced factory shocks with terrafirma expedition shocks - had found the factory ones were struggling to stay on control with the roof tent and fuel on top.

also added in the terrafirma HD steering rods and a RTC dampener for good measure
