Just not much room on the water tank side. In front of the turret. I went with Apt thinking they were taller and I wouldn't need to get extended bump stops but the are actually a bit shorter so I think I still need extended bump stops.
Mine are cable tied to the OEM shock tower.
Why did u convert to the APT ones?

Yeah it's tight over there. I removed the egr solenoids, and cable tied to that bracket.
Just lost my top rear bolt and bushes on the peninsula development track. Come into weipa to mock up a repair in the morning. Anyone got a spare set I could borrow for when I get home I'll replace them when the new ones arrive from the US?
Possible me..... Good help is hard to find.
Hi Phaty, it looks like you are running a spacer under your front shock tower, is this correct?
If so, where did you get it from? I have seen Les Richmond spacers but they are 50mm but it looks like yours is less than this, which would be perfect.
I am about to order a set of 7100's for the D2 ofter the Koni's failed.
I think I have it all sorted except for the fact that the front shocks will be too long in closed length. I would rather extend the shock tower than lower bumpstop.
Only going for 10" short body because I will run airbags in the rear and anything longer will pull the bags apart.
Going to keep the standard joints in the shocks to start with and see what happens and will get the RTE lower mounts for the front.
Hey you can't have a dancing Hippo Mr. LR.......I had one first.![]()
