I hit a sumerged lump of rock I didnt think it was too hard but the boy reckoned it was, it was sufficient to compress the folds in the crash can on one side.
ARB quoted $80 and 4 to 5 weeks delivery, they have asked to see the crush can to ensure the correct ones are ordered.
I have had thoughts of removing the crush cans but I will be patient and fit the replacement crash cans when available, its a good safety feature.
The Avenger winch works well.

 Hi Ollie
They are not a good safety device....they are a critical component of the bullbar fitment to ensure the correct deployment of your srs airbags in the event of a frontal collision. Remove them and your airbags may go off too early or too late....one way will make them useless and the other may kill you.....so my advice mate is don't remove them, and if they are damaged, fix them ASAP....it's your life, your kids/wife/mate..etc.
Cheers
Kev
