I replaced the rubber drive on the rear prop to diff. Took a good bit of time to get the centre bush out. Luckily I have a die grinder and ground it down until it weakened enough to pull out with multigrips. The old one was cracked.
Finally ordered my Delios disc rotors, will be here next week.
It's only taken me 2.5 months

Well, getting the ‘new’ D2a ready for our new adventure has had its moments..... A slight whistle told me that I needed to replace the manifold gasket. What a **** of a job THAT is. After getting everything off, I discovered the source of the whistle.... the probe for the egt gauge (which doesn’t work anyway) was loose
Anyway, it’s now done as well as a replacement front shaft from Hardy Spicer (greaseable). Apart from running another Anderson plug to the cargo area for the Waeco, it’s all set to go. Couple of Anderson’s and a battery to the caravan and we’re GONE
