Charged battery overnite, got rid of the M&S lights (came up when I tried to start it with a battery at 11.7v). [thumbsupbig]
It was too hot to go for my daily constitutional walk, so I changed the two SLS airbags out instead. (I think it was a better workout than the walk would have been!) [bigsad]
Got a tyre fixed (was on the spare carrier, complete with a nail in it) so I'll put that on tomorrow, or maybe later on, when I do the wheel bearings and brake discs/pads.
Then to work my way through the diffs, gearboxes and engine, removing EGR and cleaning everything up as I go, change the brush bar for the smart bar, and then see how reliable the beast will be [bighmmm]
Mine came home! Well, for about 4 hours. Then it was on a tow truck again.:angry:😡😡😡
I just did a bit of a run down on what I have done to my D2a over the last 3 years and when you put it on paper it gets a bit "Scary" [tonguewink][bigsad]

I killed the three amigos today. (shuttle valve fault) wonder how long it will last as I think there is still a bit of air in the brakes. I also bought two new fobs for my keys and changed them over. I have had the batteries out of the printed circuit board for a few days and fully expected to have to reprogramme them but no they were fine.
Not really. I picked it up today. Today it is 4 weeks since Jan died. Her/our daughter was graduating and receiving the Vice Chancellor of Deakin's award at Deakin in Geelong. It was going to be a bit of a high point, and I was on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck.
The car did less than 100ks. To say that I'm unhappy doesn't get close.
