Maybe a good idea for another Macca advertisement, they seem to be looking for loose change in a couple ads I've seen, one was in a washing machine, they could do one with D2 consoles.

Got tired of the coin and ashtray springs constantly popping out, so replaced the centre cup holder. Not surprisingly the plastic retaining lugs for the springs have broken with age on the old one.

Also swapped the ashtray for another coin tray.

    Cheers

Replaced the leaking rear ACE hose and the anti-roll bar link on the ACE actuator which was the cause of the hose getting worn through on the drive shaft.

Moved to the front of the car to assess the ACE pump as the system had been run dry for some time. Sure enough the pump is stuffed.
While removing the pump I snapped of the stupid little radiator overflow spigot so I guess it's a new radiator as well!

I repaired that stupid little spigot with araldite. Probably 15K ago and all is fine. Still trying to tame the tiny leak from the cover retaining screw that has popped the watery system. Too miserable to lash out on a new rad! Apparently it had been repaired before and the spigot on my car is brass (I think) rather than plastic.

Yes, did a bit of research and have heard it can be successful. I'm going to try glue first. I have a low coolant alarm and it's not like we're going across the desert anytime soon.

Changed out the Watts link = One bush was stuffed

Wow drives so much better and it is sort of hard to believe that one crook bush can transform the ride and handling
