Head tightened down and I am an idiot.
My arms are feeling it, them and the 24" bar had quite a work out tightening the head down, did get me to sweat.
Why am I an idiot
I noted that the manifold would comfortably clear the bonnet after my previous measurements indicated it would be close, well took pictures of the manifold when fitted to the head and it showed

NO problems
WELL, it is touch and go as I didn't take into account the tilt of the engine which when I first measured the dimensions in the vehicle of course showed this to be the case.

The manifold does sit higher when insitu in the car and may be in contact with the bonnet, but will cut back the mat and if required a vent of sorts cut into the bonnet.

Should add the Air Con unit had to have the back drivers side corner cut back to fit the manifold and could cut back more if we find it needs a fourth bolt

I made note in another thread that the FPR actually has a filter that the current FPR did not so have decided not to spend the $150-$200+ on the in head filter.

Thorough clean out of the oil cooler and associated oil parts with the O rings in the oil cooler in particular being totally flat, looked more like a rubber washer

All surfaces were cleaned crud cleaned out.
Also welcomed to my home a new to me D2a with new rear SLS bags and tyres, basically full service history (minus 2 years) and one of the last services was more than I paid for it. Newish radiator, fuel pump, steering box, FPR Injectors and loom, waterpump etc. So looking at less than a grand to get RWC and it on the road.
This is going to be a daily driver with a just moderate engine and auto upgrades, egr delete, straight through exhaust etc.
