Of course, you know it only went down to 22 because you measured it .

Fitted a double USB socket with a permanent feed between the window switches in the console.

Sorted the LHS headlight not working since visiting the smash repairs, (earth pin bent on the globe!!) a minor trim issue resulting from the same visit and found why the washers seem to be blocking up all the time after unblocking with oxy tip cleaners and blowing out with nitro again.
The bottle has a damned big hole in the top!

Fixed the wobbling viscous fan bearing- drilled and tapped the timing cover. Hope it does the job. I could lift the fan almost 10mm before. Have never used a tap and die set before, but managed to find 2 bolts and one hole cross threaded during the process. A worth while purchase. .
    .............

not exactly my D2, but my nanocom

I got a new servo motor for my sewing machine and was playing around with some scrap canvas.

I though the nanocom could do with a dedicated bag, rather than it just kicking around in the glove box when I'm out on a trip/4wding.

So I knocked this up. Not the best photography I admit.

Ok for a first prototype, but I think I will make it a bit smaller and try and make up a padded one to give it a bit more protection.

I have one in my defender acting as an instrument
it will fry the first ECU that the thief tries to write a map too, only because its faulty and has been relegated to this role

most of the time it is out the front as I can only fit 1 car in my 2 &1/2 car garage . I often forget to lock it so don't like to leave stuff in it for the little SOBs that live in a state housing block of units about 1km away to steal. They are often roaming the streets.
